Responsibilities
Conduct Zoom or phone sales calls with qualified leads
Build rapport to identify client needs and objectives
Present customized solutions and manage objections
Maintain accurate CRM documentation
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Qualifications
Proven experience in remote, high-ticket sales
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to manage schedule independently
Compensation
Setters: $3,000/month
Closers: $5,000/month
Performance bonuses and incentives
