Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales over the phone, email, and other digital channels. The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling email campaigns, and other digital channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone and email
• Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Continuously update knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve sales processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in inside sales or telemarketing
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
