About the Internship:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy inside sales executive to help us to build up our business activities.
Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects by making outbound calls, negotiating deals, and maintaining high-level customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you'll help us to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities:
1. Promoting/Selling various IT training/certifications to working professionals/students
2. Intensely following up with the prospect's clients/students and closing the sales within the sales cycle
3. Generating new leads, creating a sales pipeline, and following the closure
4. Obtaining client information & counseling professionals for training/certifications
5. Reaching out to professionals/clients by making outbound calls, emails, and also face-to-face meetings/counseling if required
6. Selling & advertising different training courses in U.S. and Canada
7. Negotiating and closing the deals
8. Diligently communicating, aggressive follow-up, and priming the lead through different channels
Required skills:
1. Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitches like a charm
2. Result-driven with experience in extremely target-centric jobs
3. Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment
4. Self-learners with extensive grasping ability so that learners can absorb the product-related training within no time
5. Should have excellent communication skills in English and worked in U.S. outbound sales process
6. Courteous with a strong customer service orientation
7. Should be willing to take up challenges and go the extra mile to perform work responsibilities

1. Shift timings: +:00 PM to 6:00 AM
2. Selection process: HR round (over the phone) and operations round (office only)
3. Salary & benefits: 2 LPA - 5 LPA (no bar for the right candidate)
