We are looking for an Inside Sale team and looking to grow with our Business Unit - IncrementX - The Representation Partner of the Digital Publishers.
The role is for supporting our North America Based Sales Team in their outreach to brands and agencies around reaching the undervalued and underrepresented diverse niche audiences.

What will you do:
• Responsibilities include digital ad sales and account management
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Proactively prospect, qualify, grow and maintain all sales activities from lead generation through closing the assigned Accounts & Inbound Leads.
• Calling on ad agencies and direct brands.
• Managing the Complete ownership of RFPs and RFIs
• Possess thorough knowledge of the full suite of IncrementX product & solutions offerings and services.
• Develop and customize strategic and creative sales presentations, pricing, and proposals as needed to help fulfill the needs of prospective agency and client partners
• Responsible for tracking all sales activities including accounts, contacts, new leads, and opportunities via our CRM (HubSpot)
• Coordinating with an international team on strategic sales
• Project and meet sales goals
Requirements
• 3+ years of successful digital media sales experience and demonstrated success in working with agencies and brands in relation to advertising sales
• Hands-on experience with any CRM software is a must
• Creative who thinks out of the box
• Fast learner with and passion for sales
• Knowledge of digital media sales, pipeline development, and ad technology is a must.
• Detail-oriented, strong work ethic, and time management skills
• Strategic mindset, analytical sales skills, and strong business acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills
• Strong understanding of agency/brand
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Willingness to travel as needed

Requirements
• Project executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with media buyers and C-level executives.
• Meet significant targets and goals with minimal oversight and direction on a daily, weekly, or even monthly basis.

Years Job Type:
Hybrid & Night Shift - 8 AM to 5 PM EST Approx.
5:30 PM to 2:30 AM India Time.
• Must have a strong presentation,communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of how agencies & brands market and measure the success.
• Minimum 2 years of media industry experience Experience in working effectively with the cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
• Experience in sales and marketing in a sales/commission-based role in the advertising agencies
• Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross[1]functional stakeholders
• Experience in a highly dynamic,rapidly changing environment
