INSIDE SALES MANAGER
Steel Service Center is seeking skilled Inside Sales Manager that has experience with Metal Sales - The position requires selling to existing customers and developing new customers. Maintain and expand a portfolio of accounts, driving retention and strong client relationships, Serve as the main customer contact, handling inquiries, quotes, and orders promptly. Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and reactivating dormant accounts.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Metals Service Center Experience is a plus
• Inside Sales experience in manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
• Knowledge of stainless steel grades, sizes and gauges helpful
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
