• Location: Bengaluru
• Reporting to: Associate Director - Inside Sales
Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities
• Demonstrate eKincare platform benefits and use cases to prospects
• Drive revenue through corporate sales
• Nourish existing relationships and strive towards best sales experience
• Negotiate contractual terms, pricing and services with the partners
• Keep an ear to the ground on healthcare trends and market
• Build a sales qualified funnel and work with Marketing and inside sales on a GTM
• Very high % of deal participated to win ration
• Map industry, competition and clients to close short term - long term targets
• Very high navigation and people skills to drive sales team and take quick / tough decisions as needed in best interest of business (fail first, fail fast, learn deliver)
• Prospect across various industries for potential clients and generate leads What is expected from you?
Successful Applicant:
• Previous relevant experience (2-4 years) within insurance/healthcare/SaaS/B2B Corporate sales a MUST
• Experience in lead generation, outbound and deal closing
• Experience in commercial discussions with customers/ negotiations
• Track record of driving incremental revenue opportunities and closing sales
Ideal Candidate:
• Be able to thrive in a complex and demanding startup environment
• Street smart, open minded, analytical, persistent, accountable and ethical Skills:- Presentation Skills, Lead Prospecting and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Be able to work in a fast paced sales environment.
