What you will do:
• Daily quota of mining fresh 50 entries across allocated industry verticals region-wise
• Daily quota of Mapping concerned stakeholders of at least 50% mined client entries
• Ensure at least 10-15% of daily mapped stakeholders show some interests across our business lines
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations ensuring accurate representation of services.
• Keep abreast of market developments, competitor offerings, and industry trends to provide insights for product enhancement and positioning.
• Collaborate with Sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and contribute to marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports in the CRM system.
Requirements
• 2-3 Years of Experience in Data Mining and Lead Generation from any industry preferably IT Software Sales
• Should be able to work as part of a very agile and aggressive Cloud Sales team and be able to coordinate and effectively manage Data Mining/Mapping/Calling at all Times
• Inside Sales Specialist-Enterprise-India will handle his/her own targets and be responsible to collaborate with internal teams of Sales/Pre-Sales and within acceptable time frames
• Daily reports/Monthly Reports and latest competitive trends, Vendor information will be reported to Business Head-Cloud Sales
• Good in team work as well as individual contributor and must be able to contribute to productivity in short time
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field will be preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of proven Inside Sales experience in doing Lead Mining, Mapping, Qualification and Meeting Fixation for selling Cloud Infrastructure Solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Basic understanding of cloud solutions, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address client needs effectively.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Availability for occasional travel to attend industry events and meet with clients.
