Inside Sales Supervisor (Aviation)
Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)
Salary: $60,000 + Performance-Based Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to lead a high-performing team within the aviation industry. This role is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, coaching team members, and driving revenue through effective quoting, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and support inside sales team operations
• Review and manage quoting activity and follow-ups on orders
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer and sales issues
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and procedures
• Manage high-volume communication (calls, emails, and data entry)
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
• Meet individual and team sales targets
Requirements
• Aviation experience required (aircraft parts knowledge preferred)
• Strong background in sales and customer service
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Experience handling quotes, orders, and follow-ups
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Background check and drug screen required
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of inside sales experience
• Experience in a quota-driven or target-based environment
