Job Description

Full job description
Insights Analyst – Data-savvy. Risk-aware. Insight-driven.

Ready to turn complex data into powerful business insights? This is your chance to shape strategy at the intersection of legal, risk, and compliance, and make your analysis count where it matters most.

We’re looking for an insights-driven analyst who can uncover patterns, translate complexity, and arm decision-makers with the knowledge they need to act fast and smart. You’ll work across teams, tackle high-impact questions, and build dashboards and reports that bring risk, compliance, and performance into focus.

You won’t just crunch numbers, you’ll connect the dots, spot what others miss, and help the business stay one step ahead.

What you’ll do:

Make data meaningful – analyse legal, risk, and assurance data to reveal key trends and emerging issues
Build smart tools – create dashboards and reports that inform decisions from the ground floor to the boardroom
Tell compelling stories – translate raw data into insights stakeholders actually understand and act on
Mitigate risk – support compliance and risk teams to identify vulnerabilities and track performance
Drive improvement – find smarter, faster ways to gather, report and share data across the organisation
What you bring:

3–5 years in data analytics, reporting or insights, ideally with a risk, legal, or compliance lens
Fluent in Excel, Power BI, and turning data into clear, usable insights
A natural communicator who can bridge the gap between data and decision-makers
Curious, analytical, and proactive, you don’t just wait for answers, you dig for them
A relevant qualification in analytics, risk, finance, law, or business would be a bonus
Ideally you stem from the infrastructure sector, but this is NOT a dealbreaker!
This is a role where your work won’t sit in a drawer, it’ll shape how the business sees risk, responds to it, and grows from it.

Sound like you? Let’s talk.
