Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an Instagram Expert at Small Biz Marketing. The Instagram Expert will be responsible for developing and executing Instagram marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to maximize audience engagement and account growth. Accountability for driving measurable follower growth, engagement, and conversions is a crucial part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Instagram strategies to increase brand awareness, follower count, and engagement.
• Be accountable for driving growth in followers, engagement rates, and conversions.
• Manage all published content (images, videos, reels) that align with brand identity.
• Monitor Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and analytics to continuously optimize performance.
• Provide regular reports on performance and actionable insights to improve strategy.
• Stay updated on the latest Instagram marketing techniques and trends.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Instagram marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Expertise in audience targeting and engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and projects efficiently.

• Experience in small business marketing is a plus.
