Salary: £26-28k DOE
Our client, Stewart Signs Ltd, is the leading expert in visual branding and commercial graphics. They work with clients all over the world to create beautifully made graphic solutions for outdoor advertising, trains, ships, vehicles, offices, retail and the leisure industry. They are now looking for a highly organised and confident person to help them plan and execute the installation element of their fantastic projects. Working collaboratively with project managers, customer experience team and production specialists, you’ll be responsible for booking labour, raising purchase orders, tracking budgets, and producing accurate and timely reports.
This role will suit an enthusiastic, tenacious and outgoing individual who is passionate about getting the details right. You’ll have a flexible approach, be able to handle short notice requests, and be happy to get involved in all sorts of work to help both the department and business run smoothly.
While experience in the graphics or manufacturing industry would be an advantage, Stewart Signs Ltd are more interested in a passionate person with a great attitude and an infectious personality. Installation Services Coordinator, responsibilities:
• Booking labour
• Hiring equipment
• Sending out job information
• Collating site reports and photos
• Raising and verifying purchase orders
• Distributing job instructions, guidance and other paperwork
• Providing an outstanding experience to our clients and partner
Installation Services Coordinator, the person:
• Minimum of 1yrs experience in a client service delivery/manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical, methodical and great with spreadsheets
• Forensic eye for detail
• Ready to explore and implement new ideas and ways of doing things
• Collaborative approach
• Ability to quickly adapt and stay calm under pressure
• Energetic and positive personality
