ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Account Representative for Heather Ladd Insurance Agency, Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Able to meet mutually agreed upon marketing and sales goals
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance Licenses for the state of Washington
