Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Insurance Bad Faith Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling bad faith insurance claims and a strong commitment to advocating for consumer rights. This can be a work from home
salary:$85K - $140K / yr
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in insurance bad faith claims and litigation.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation and arbitration.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in California.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance bad faith litigation.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
