Job Description
As the Insurance & Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Organizing and submitting insurance claims and billing on behalf of patients
Assist patients to complete all necessary insurance forms and documentation
Administering and monitoring patient insurance payment plans
Assist treatment/financial coordinators with insurance estimates for consults
Collecting, reconciling, and monitoring of insurance contracts
Communicating with insurance companies
Supporting the office, doctors, and team by assessing needs on a daily basis
Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required
Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
About you:

You are motivated and possess excellent time management skills
What you bring – qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in an administrative or financial role with insurance experience an asset
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships
Detail-oriented and able to work both strategically and tactically
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Ability to exercise initiative and work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Ability to develop, document and improve systems, procedures and processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
