Travel Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative
French/English – Quebec – Up to $51K
Unilingual (English) – $40K
(Remote)

What You’ll Do
Sell accident & sickness travel insurance to new and existing clients
Convert inbound inquiries into sales and meet targets
Explain coverage, benefits, eligibility, and exclusions clearly
Generate quotes, calculate premiums, and process applications
Support customers with policy questions, claims guidance & refunds
Accurately track client details in CRM and manage multiple systems
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of insurance and/or sales experience
Strong customer service background
Proven ability to cross-sell and close sales
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy with strong typing skills
Bilingual French/English (Quebec role only)
A&S or LLQP license is an asset
