Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IPR Paralegal/Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US patent and trademark processes, international filings, and client management. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to handling global IP matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Patent & Trademark Filings: Manage the end-to-end filing, docketing, and prosecution of US patents and trademarks.
• International Applications:
• Handle PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) applications.
• Manage Hague Convention and Madrid Protocol applications.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on all IP matters.
• Docketing & Prosecution: Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines for all filings and submissions.
• Research & Compliance: Conduct research to ensure compliance with international IP regulations.

Required Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in IP laws, with a focus on US and international patent and trademark processes.
• Proven experience in filing and prosecuting IP applications in the US.
• Knowledge of international IP treaties, including the PCT, Hague Convention, and Madrid Protocol.
• Strong client management skills with prior experience handling client communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• International exposure is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with international clients and jurisdictions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
• Salary Range: up to ₹45,000per month, commensurate with experience.
