With the rapid expansion of the company, we are looking to hire for Direct Taxation for Mumbai Location.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Knowledge in all facets of Direct taxation
• Experience in managing tax audits and preparation and e-filing of tax returns in-house
• Experience in preparation of advance tax workings and managing payments with AP
• Experience in preparation of quarterly tax provision workings & settling doubts of Statutory Auditors
• Drafting of Appeals and appearances with Seniors /Tax counsels
• Preparation of legal briefs for tax head and counsels
• Preparation of submission before CIT (Appeals)/ITAT/HC/SC
• Income Tax Case Law Research and Tax updates
• Hands on experience in lead managing tax assessments in Dept
• Offering TDS opinions to Business Units
• Experience in preparation of Contingent liability statements.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Preferred : CA professionals
• Experience: 2 to 5 years
• Relevant experience in direct taxation
• Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
