Job Description
• Plan and conduct monthly welfare events for teams to include cultural, community service, sports, intellectual, etc.
• Responsible for R&R in the division
• Roll out various programs targeting employee retention/engagement etc., e.g. New Joiners Surveys, Employee Satisfaction Survey
• Identifying employees who are at risk and ensure recommendations are made to manage attrition
• Conduct exit interviews and report findings to HOD and Corporate HR
• Organise forums, working groups, seminars, road shows, training sessions, and other information-sharing activities involving staff
• Create custom interventions by leveraging business insights and using support from HR CoEs
• Prepare appropriate communication materials inline with the corporate communication policy
• Manage communication through the Intranet along with other Business Partners
