Interim Corporate Paralegal/NQ Solicitor - 8 week assignment

Our client, a top city law firm is currently looking for a Corporate Paralegal or NQ Solicitor to go on secondment to one of their key clients for a period of 8 weeks.

Role details below:
• 3 – 4 days per week
• Remote working
• Providing Corporate Transaction support. Experience in this space if preferred.
• Fielding queries from the business team and external counsel relating to the transaction
• Organising advice and ensuring efficiency across the project
• Strong project management skills
• Reporting to sole counsel for the business

This role is to start as soon as possible and is for a period of 8 weeks. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Paralegal/Junior Lawyer to gain experience working both with a top city practice and in-house organisation.
