IN-HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL OPPORTUNITY TO SUPPORT INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS THROUGH PERIOD OF ORGANIC GROWTH AND NEW AND PLANNED ACQUISITIONS. Exclusive to Alexander Lloyd Fixed Term Contract initially 6 months duration (potential for permanent) Salary ranging between £85k-£100k dep. on experience pro rated to reflect term Looking for immediate start Surrey borders/ hybrid working available Seeking Qualified Lawyer with experience of commercial contracts, reviewing t's and c's, integration/ acquisitions experience, development and implementation of new framework, processes and procedures, potential to develop and build a in-house team.
