Interior Architects and Designers for Corporate Interiors & Workplace Design
We are hiring Interior Architects and Designers for our office SWBI@ Gurgaon.
SWBI Architects Pvt. Ltd. is a respected design firm with Offices in Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, providing design consultancy in Interior design & Architecture. We are one of the top and much awarded firms in the space of Workplace Design
We are looking for Architects, Interior Architects and Designers with experience ranging from 0 to 10 / 12 years for our Corporate Interiors projects, for positions at junior and Mid level as well as at senior Project Leads level.

Your Job Responsibilities would include
-Design development, Preparation of drawings on AutoCAD , preparation of basic BOQs, co-ordination with MEP consultants.
- Work on pitches for new projects including Concept designing, material selection, preparing mood boards and preparing the presentation deck. Proficiency in Sketch up is a plus.
-Complete Project account management including client meetings and site visits in NCR as well as in other cities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Interior architecture or interior Design
• Experience in Corporate Interiors preferred.
• Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Microsoft Office packages like Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
