Overlooking Accounts payable activity including send invoice for booking, approving invoice, checking payment proposal.
Cash flow management, keeping track of all receivables and investing surplus fund in MF.
Support store team for day-to-day queries.
2. Monthly Activity
Monthly provision creation and reversal.
Payment Processing of Monthly salary and incentive for store.
Courier details for Insurance
TDS payment working
Banking entries other than Vendor payment
Consumable w/off
Monthly sales sharing
Cash, Credit card, NEFT, Fynd & Debtors reconciliation
Creditor reconciliation
Ledger reconciliation
GSTR 1 data compilation
GSTR 3B data compilation
Finalizing Trial Balance with month end adjustments
Preparing Balance Sheet with schedules
3.Quarterly Activity
Foreign currency revaluation
BOC Review - Preparation and presentation
GFRC review - Preparation and presentation
4. Yearly Activity
GST Annual audit data
ISD Return & distribution invoice
Annual sales certificate
Statutory Audit
Tax Audit
Transfer Pricing
Filing of COI, 26 AS and AIS Reco
Audit adjustment entry & balance carry forward.

5. Requirement Basis
New Casual GST Registration
Inventory Adjustment in AX as per PI report & Marketing Gift
Data preparation for statutory audit and various certification
Vendor code creation
Support IT team for end-to-end system development & maintenance for finance side
