Job description

Job Title: HR & Admin Intern (Female)

Location: Faridabad (Hybrid)

Stipend: 5,000 per month (first 3 months); 10,000 per month thereafter

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated female intern interested in building her career in HR, Recruitment, or Executive Assistance. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment consulting, HR operations, and administrative support. It is well-suited for a recent graduate with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Draft and post job descriptions on portals.
• Provide EA support: scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Manage email correspondence and prepare reports.
• Update and manage social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Provide general office and administrative support as required.

Requirements:
• Female graduate (recently passed out; freshers welcome).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals preferred (training provided).
• Interest in social media and digital content.
• Resides in or near Faridabad.
