Role: Intern - HR Operations
Experience Level: 0 – 1 Year
Work location: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Creating and Rolling out Offer letters.
• Assist with the pre-onboarding and onboarding process.
• Collecting and maintaining employee documents.
• Background verification coordination and closure for all new hires.
• Support the team with Internal and External Audits.
• Prepare Bi-Weekly engagement slides.
• Employee Database Maintenance on Zoho
