What you will be doing:

On a daily basis, you would be required to :
• Run a rigorous full-cycle recruiting process to source, interview, and close top-tier candidates as per business needs
• Research on creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers on all aspects of the recruiting process including role specific candidate targeting, creating or collecting job descriptions, designing the recruitment process, interview scheduling, and working on the effectiveness of respective recruiting plans and implementation
• Perform initial screening through one-on-one conversations with prospective applicants, and administering relevant assessments
• Deliver a stellar candidate experience to every person who interviews at Kraftshala
• Infuse technology and operational improvements throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle that improve key recruiting metrics and drive business results
• Coordinate with the HR Business Partner to run employment engagement activities
• Lead additional administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis

Must-Have Skills:
• Ability to clearly and crisply communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing
• High accountability and responsibility to ensure flawless execution on a day-to-day basis
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs, and comfort with the general usage of tools and technologies that support process automation
• Empathy and a high Emotional Quotient to actively engage with prospective candidates and existing team members, and to understand & solve their queries
• A user-focused mindset so that you are highly responsive to prospective candidates and existing team members keeping their needs in mind
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results to independently
• A knack for getting things done
• Good attention to detail

Good-To-Haves:
• A structured approach to problem-solving, that involves struggling with the problem until you are able to isolate the Why before coming to a solution
• Experience with industry standard recruiting tools (such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruit, etc.) and the Google Business Suite

What is the recruitment process:

As a small team (~70 folks), it’s imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation (telephonic/video conference) with us will last about 30-60 minutes. Typically the whole process takes between 5 - 15 business days depending on your and our schedules. The process will occur over telephonic calls, so you don’t need to worry about travel.
• Technical Exercise: This is a specific assessment designed to evaluate your fit for this role
• Technical conversation : This will be a telephonic call wherein you can expect to be evaluated on your functional skills and other competencies needed for the job (mentioned below).
• Culture fit conversation : A conversation with our Founder/CEO to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode.
• Extending an offer: If all goes well, we will extend an offer mentioning the relevant details.

Compensation & Schedule:
• You can expect a stipend of 18k for the 6 months of your internship
• If you are made an offer to join us full time, the joining will be immediate and you can expect a job offer of 4 L INR / annum with a +0-10 split between fixed and variable
