Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Intern at Finquest Group in Mumbai. The Legal Intern will be responsible for legal consulting, legal document preparation, handling corporate & legal issues, and effective communication as part of their day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
Education Qualification: Freshers - Completed or Pursuing Final Year in LL.B. / BA LL.B./ BBA LL.B./ B.COM LL.B. / LL.M.
Good Understanding in Company law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy law, RBI Direction & Circular for NBFC etc.
Law and Legal Consulting skills
Legal Document Preparation proficiency
Strong Communication abilities
Understanding of Corporate Legal Issues
Excellent analytical and research skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Relevant coursework in Law or related field
Preference:
Candidate having internship experience around 1 year with law firms & corporate will be preferred.
Stipend:
As per Industry standard & based on relevant experience of the candidate.
