Position: Social Media Marketing Intern

We’re a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed healthtech startup on a mission to make healthcare smarter, simpler, and more human. Our products reach millions — and now we’re looking for a creative, digital-savvy Social Media Marketing Intern to help us scale our online presence and engage our growing community.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and more
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity
• Help manage the content calendar and ensure timely postings
• Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build community
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements based on analytics
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams on campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
• Passion for digital marketing and storytelling
• Strong written communication skills and creative flair
• Familiarity with major social platforms and their best practices
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, video editing, or running ad campaigns
