We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of experience in internal auditing to join our team for a short-term onsite engagement in Kolkata. The role involves evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance, and recommending process improvements within our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit Planning and Execution:
• Conduct audits of manufacturing operations, including procurement, inventory, and production processes.
• Review financial and operational workflows to identify risks and inefficiencies.
• Compliance and Risk Assessment:
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
• Assess key operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Reporting and Recommendations:
• Prepare concise audit reports detailing findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
Key Skills:
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and internal controls.
• Proficiency in auditing tools and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
