• Prepare and circulate clear, structured Minutes of Meeting (MoM) capturing decisions, action items,
ownership, and timelines.
• Ensure acknowledgment of MoMs and alignment from all stakeholders within defined timelines.
• Ensure every task discussed has a clearly defined owner and committed deadline.
• Track action items across teams and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
• Proactively identify delays, dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks in ongoing projects.
• Escalate stalled transactions or critical issues to MD/Directors with facts and clear context.
• Create and maintain centralized trackers or dashboards for all open and ongoing projects or
transactions.
4 to 5 years of experience in Project Management or Operations Coordination and Management.
• Experience in a manufacturing or project-driven organization will be an added advantage. Strong written and verbal English communication with excellent documentation and follow-up
discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, parallel tasks, and tight timelines effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and presentations.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and creating visual/graphical reports for leadership.
