Internal Recruiter – Sales Team
Location: Wolverhampton/Wednesbury | Immediate Start

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles
Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through a range of methods
Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process
Working closely with managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
Promoting a great candidate experience throughout every stage

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on sales or fast-paced roles
Confident communicator with excellent people skills
Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-energy environment
