Roles and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
1. Liaison with following institutions & their personnel to provide end to end Export Solutions on phone, email & physical visits
a. Export Clearing Agents
b. Export Forwarding Agents
c. Aggregators Logistic Companies
d. Transporters
e. Pelletizing agents
f. Courier Companies
g. Vendors & Suppliers
h. Financial Institutions
2. Documentation
a. Export/Domestic Invoices
b. Preparing Shipment documentation
c. Pick-up and collection of original bills and handing over original shipment documents
d. Export benefits documentation
3. Accounting
a. Formats for maintaining information pertaining to Inward and Outward Entries
b. Storing, Scanning and Maintaining Database of all Documents
4. Vendor & Material Management
a. Initial negotiation with the vendor
b. Timely submission of Original Bills
c. Vendor Bills checking
d. Payment due date maintenance
e. Inventory checks and maintenance
5. MIS
a. Monthly MIS of Logistics
b. Logistics Cost and comparison of various CHAs freights for every shipment
c. Weekly Update on Shipments
d. Logistics TAT
e. E-way bill generation
Desired Candidate Profile
Skill Set:
1. Technology Skills
a. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoints
b. Working Knowledge of Linkedin, Whatsapp, Facebook
2. Language Skills
a. Reading, Writing and Listening in English
b. Speaking in Hindi, Gujarati
3. Team Player and Solution Centric Mindset
4. Project Management
Education & Experience:
1. Masters in Business Administration International Business / Marketing
2. Freshers /Experience in International Business Operations (1 to 3 years)
3. Accounting knowledge will have an added advantage

Salary
20000 to 25000 per month in Hand
