Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential customers from the UK and Australia to pitch and sell high-ticket products.
• Convert warm leads into successful sales while building strong customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in international phone sales (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
• Results-driven and motivated to achieve high earnings.
• Willingness to work in UK and Australia shifts to align with time zones.
• Preferably residing in Mumbai or willing to relocate.

• Fixed salary of INR 50,000 per month.
