Position Title: Customer Support Executive
Reports to: Team Leader Function: Operations
Location: Jaipur, India
Campaign: International Process
Responsibilities:
• Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.
• Attend to customer queries, issues and grievances over phone, email & live chat.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development teams.
• Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and accuracy set by the team
Requirements:
• 5.5 days working.
• Salary – up to 32 CTC.
• Excellent communication.
• Undergraduate can apply.
• Rotational Shifts (+ Hours)
• Immediate joiner.
• Blended process(Chat and Voice Process)
• Location – Jaipur.
• Interview Mode: - HR > OPS >Versant
• Interview Mode: - Face to face (Having Telephonic for Outstation candidates.
