Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team as Business Development Associates. As a Business Development Associates, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and promoting our products and services through outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
• Generate leads through effective communication and persuasion.
• Explain product details and benefits to prospective clients over the phone.
• Follow communication scripts and adhere to guidelines while interacting with customers.
Skills:
• Proficiency in English language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Hours:
• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
(There are two roles available for each shift.)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: INR 15,000/month - INR 25000/month
