Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to international clients.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Provide information and assistance as per client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Skills Required:
• Fluent English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
• Ability to engage with clients effectively over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
Shift Details:
• Night Shift: 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM
• Work from Home.
