We are a group of 4 talented professionals with diversified Industry experiences including, Software, Sales, Services. We worked together for 5 years (along with our fulltime jobs) as a group of freelance recruiters associating with more than 350 direct client recruiters or direct clients across USA/ Canada/ India and we had a great success in that. As the inflow of the number of job requirements increased drastically since last 2 years, we decided to form an official company and hire people.

Now we are hiring interns or trainee recruiters with an opportunity to earn huge money.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Find candidates matching with the job description (We give you deeper training on the same).
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Effective communication skills and great English writing skills (also speaking).
• Quick learner.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and good at browsing deep.
• High-energy and passion
What Do We Offer
• Step by step, complete training on recruitment process, sourcing, screening, shortlisting.
• Hands on training on deep search for the candidate profiles.
• Time flexibility.
• More you work more you can earn (We don't pay any fixed stipend or salary. But we pay higher commissions on each job positions closure. We pay $1000 to $3000 for each US jobs closure. That is around Rs 83,000 to Rs 2,50,000 for each closure. For Indian requirements we pay Rs 5,000 to Rs 40,000 for each closure).
• Flexibility to work on IT, Sales, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Audit, Tax, Finance roles and seniority roles from mid Junior roles to senior executive level roles.
• If you are for internship, we can share internship experience letter after completing the internship tenure.
