ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for an architect who wants to move beyond drafting and site coordination into brand strategy and business operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on rebranding, marketing materials, presentations, research, and client coordination.
We need someone who:
• Has strong spatial visualization and design skills
• Is organized and systematic
• Thrives on creating processes and meeting deadlines
• Takes ownership to get things done
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Create client presentations, pitch decks, and proposals
• Produce firm rebranding materials
• Build roadmap to maintain website
• Design social media content and digital strategy
• Research existing real estate development and develop proposals
• Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities
• Strategic planning and brainstorming sessions
• Site visits and client meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have:
• Architecture background (4th/5th year students or recent graduates)
• Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino
• Basic website development knowledge
• Great communication skills
• Own laptop
• Willing to learn and execute
Ideal Candidate:
• Tired of being just a CAD operator
• Wants to learn about real estate and brand strategy
• Interested in long-term growth
