Job description for Interpreter (Admin Executive) Surat

Location: Surat, Gujarat, India

Designation: Admin Executive

Start of Employment: 1st August ’23 (Tentative)

JLPT: N2 or N1

Age: Between 25-30 years

Type of employment Permanent

Payroll: 3rd party payroll (Genius Consultancy)

Language: Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujrati

Basic Requirement
• Must be able to work in Surat location without any problem.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Japanese and English.
• Should be able to translate written documents from Japanese to English.
• Must have strong interpersonal and good communication skills especially in Japanese and English.
• Experience in General Administration is preferred
• Preferred to have experience in handling travel, hotel bookings and other similar jobs.
• Must have Good knowledge of MS Office.

Roles and Responsibility
• Will be responsible for communicating with Expat for their daily requirement regarding the Management and overall maintenance and upkeep of their living conditions.
• Will be responsible for communicating with Kitchen Staff and ensure smooth functioning of Kitchen.
• Will be responsible for proactively understanding the needs of Expats and work towards ensuring all requirements are fulfilled.
• Will be responsible for car and driver management as per requirement of Expats.
• Will be responsible for all other Admin functions as and when required
