Reporting to the Head of Business Performance and Investor Relations, this role is central to demonstrating value, managing long-term risk, and communicating clearly and credibly with the equity market.
You'll lead the development of enterprise-wide corporate finance models, support strategic initiatives, and deliver high-quality investor communications that strengthen Mercury's market reputation.

Build and maintain enterprise-level valuation models that support strategy and investor relations.
Provide clear financial and commercial insights to senior leaders and the Board.
Deliver compelling market communications, investor materials, and ESG disclosures.
Build trusted relationships with investors, analysts, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Tāu ka kawe mai | What you'll bring:
Proven experience in both corporate finance and investor relations (energy sector experience preferred).
CFA designation or tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Operations Research.
Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise.
Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex matters for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to influence and build credibility with executives, Boards, and external stakeholders.
