Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IP Litigation Attorney based in New Delhi. The IP Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing intellectual property litigation cases, drafting motions, preparing for and attending court hearings, conducting trials, and taking depositions. The role involves representing clients in various legal proceedings, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, specifically related to intellectual property
• Experience in drafting and filing Motions
• Proficiency in preparing for and attending Court hearings
• Skilled in conducting Trials and Depositions
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with intellectual property law in India is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree (LLM) is a plus
