Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, implement, and manage an end-to-end in-house Learning Management System (LMS) tailored to our educational needs. Ideal candidate needs to have a strong background in full stack development, with a focus on building scalable, user-friendly, and secure web applications. You will be responsible for developing dashboards, creating a visualization system to track and depict the growth of every student, and ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design & Architecture:
• Lead the design and architecture of a custom LMS that meets the specific needs of our organization.
• Ensure the LMS is scalable, flexible, and able to integrate with existing and future systems.
• Implement best practices in software design, architecture, and development.
• Development & Implementation:
• Develop both front-end and back-end components of the LMS, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms to protect user data.
• Integrate with third-party services and APIs as needed.
• Dashboard & Visualization:
• Design and develop an intuitive dashboard for administrators, teachers, and students.
• Create a robust visualization system to track and display the growth and progress of each student.
• Implement data analytics features to provide insights into student performance and engagement.
• Maintenance & Optimization:
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and optimization of the LMS.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
• Ensure the LMS is mobile-friendly and accessible across various devices.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
• Work closely with educational stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Document all aspects of the LMS, including code, architecture, and user guides.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex web applications, preferably in the educational domain.
• Experience with LMS platforms and educational technologies is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Front-End: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Back-End: Strong experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP) and frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Laravel).
• Databases: Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• DevOps: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Tableau) to create dashboards and reports.
• Security: Solid understanding of web security principles and best practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
