Responsibilities:
• Backup and Recovery Operations: Manage and monitor daily backup operations, ensuring successful completion and addressing any failures.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to backup and recovery processes, including hardware and software problems.
• Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain backup policies, schedules, and storage devices.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize backup performance and ensure efficient use of storage resources.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of backup configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Compliance: Ensure backup operations comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support: Provide Level 2 support for backup-related issues, escalating to Level 3 support when necessary.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze backup reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Commvault software, including installation, configuration, and management.
• Qualification: Candidate from technical background (B.Sc IT,BCA,MCA,B.E,B.Tech,M.Tech)
