Roles and responsibilities:
• Bid management and Sales support during Pre-Sales (Non-IT)
• Responsible for overall bid proposal coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Design a competitive solution and Gathering and sorting relevant proposal information and determining the logical flow of RFP components.
• Work along with different SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) for solution design and sizing.
• Maintaining Knowledge Repository that can be used by sales within the region.
• Individual contributor role

• Good communication and articulation skills.
• Good understanding of BPM operations and metrics.
• Good stakeholder management and ability to working with teams.
