About the role

We’re seeking an experienced systems administrator who’s eager to use and grow his or her technological skills on a worldwide stage. In this role, the successful individual will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy. From early on, you’ll help empower our breakthrough innovations, be given challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and take ownership and responsibility.IT Administration will closely work with the General Manager/Senior Leadership of the organization.

Responsibilities
• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Working with IT vendors and managing and building relationships with them.
• Creating and helping us drive IT processes keeping in mind all IT security and compliances.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
• Handling company IT assets & managing company wide Software licensing.

Candidate requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• G suite knowledge must.
• Salesforce Knowledge will be preferred.
• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
