Prof Ignea Laboratory at the department of Bioengineering is seeking to hire a part time IT assistant C.
Main responsibilities
Review and update the websites and database content on synthetic biology and metabolic engineering
Makes recommendations to improve website accessibility, viewing, and navigation
Provides trouble shooting and maintenance when needed for hardware/software related issues.
Edits and writes report or manuals related to projects on sustainability approaches in teaching, learning and research
Assist in organizing events such as workshops
Education and skills
high school diploma
2 years of relevant experience
Website design and maintenance skills
Strong experience in synthetic biology
Proven communication skills
High accuracy and attention to details
Excellent command of English
Expected start date: Jan 13 2026
Expected end date: April 30 2026
Number of hours per week: 6h
Hourly rate: 18$
