Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our team. The IT Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, and networks. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, a solid technical background, and to ensure the smooth operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and system security.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Provide technical support end-users across the organization.
Manage network servers, technology tools, and IT documentation.
Ensure data security, backup, and system recovery protocols.
Perform regular system upgrades and patches.
Coordinate with vendors for purchasing and maintenance of IT equipment.
Monitor cybersecurity threats and manage antivirus and firewall solutions.
Proven experience as an IT Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role.
knowledge of network management, server management, and system security.
Hands-on experience with hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
