Job Description
Join our growing entertainment company as an experienced IT System Engineer! In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals, document technical specifications, and uphold strong IT governance.
Essential Duties:
Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN/VPN and cloud networks.
Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Administer Windows, Linux, macOS systems and virtualization platforms.
Manage DHCP, email systems, and hardware/software inventory.
Monitor and troubleshoot network, system performance, and user environments.
Implement security measures, patch management, and ensure compliance.
Document configurations, incidents, and create technical specifications.
Provide Tier 1 support and collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure and security.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years in IT systems and network engineering.
Expertise in TCP/IP, routing, switching, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), automation tools, and scripting.
Familiarity with cybersecurity, disaster recovery, ERP, and POS systems.
Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA, MCSE, AWS) preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Japanese language proficiency a plus.
