Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and hardware systems
Recovery, reinstallation/reimaging of failed desktop and laptop computers
Responsible for maintaining & monitoring the computer systems and network within the organisation.
Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements
Responsible for Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities
Track and manage the company’s IT assets
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests, and performing monthly maintenance of IT Assets.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
Requirements and qualifications:
Minimum 1 Year of experience Required
Technical aptitude, written and oral communications skills, project management and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels (technical and business audiences) and in different situations
Excellent in communication and coordinating.
BSC/BA in Computer Science, BCA, Engineering, or B.Tech
Key Skills:
Supervisor, Allocation Server support, Scheduling Maintenance, Data communication, Information technology.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
