provide first level and second level support for Day-to-day IT Operation & Support to India ;

Stakeholder Management of the entire business vertical
Providing complete support solution for systems including email internet etc.
Hardware, Software & IT Asset Management.
Windows, MS office License Administration & Management.
Ensuring compliance to IT Policies and Standards
OneDrive setup & Share folder creation & monitoring
Social Media Promotion creation follow-up & get it upload on social media platform
Shipping Manifest Application Support
Network Link monitoring & maintenances
Django Server handling & monitoring.
ISO & ISMS Compliance requirement Knowledge.
IT procurement & Vendor Co-ordination
Python Programming & debugging Knowledge.
Digital marketing (Graphic designing+ Content Writing)
Software understanding.
MYSQL database handling
