IT Finance and Admin Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting and Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and administration, with expertise in ESI, PF, and Payroll process. The Accounting and Admin Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and smooth operation of our organization. Experience in, PF and ESI is mandatory.
• Accounting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports.
Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Basic in TDS
Process vendor payments and reconcile accounts payable.
• ESI, PF

Expertly manage ESI (Employee State Insurance), PF (Provident Fund) filings and compliance.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of ESI, PF, and TDS returns.
Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations related to ESI, PF, and ensure compliance with the latest requirements.
• Admin:

Manage general administrative tasks such as office maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
Handle ESI and PF administration and compliance.
Assist in organizing company events and functions.
Assist with HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
• Communication:

Liaise with external parties, such as auditors, tax authorities, and government agencies.
Maintain clear and effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as an Accounting and Admin Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ESI, PF, and TDS calculations and filing .
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with Indian taxation laws and regulations is a plus.

Job Description:

The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for driving business-to-business (B2B) sales by engaging with high-profile decision-makers through outbound calls, follow-ups, and managing LinkedIn interactions. Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales:

• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential leads.

Sales Coordination:
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on market analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in an inside sales role is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of self-motivation and a results-driven attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Prior experience in a similar industry or environment is advantageous.
